Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed the same day or within 1–2 business days if placed on a weekend.

• Standard USPS shipping typically takes 2–6 days.

• In the event of USPS delays, shipping may take up to 14 days.

• Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are solely dependent on the carrier.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed. All sales are final.

Exceptions may be made only under the following circumstances:

• The product arrives damaged or defective.

• An incorrect item was sent due to a fulfillment error.

If an exception is granted:

• A 20% restocking fee may apply.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue resulted from our error.

• Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.

Submitting a Claim

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted outside of this window may not be eligible for review.
